He was an IT admin at the XXXX, then to XXXX, IT support in data center and part of the application, after that he joined XXXX then he moved to HK for XXXX, as IT Manager in Security, and then he moved back to Taiwan and is currently working for XXXX, he is responsible for project management in relevant business units, and the SDLC, manage and some other XXXX required security functions, regular checking, and testing, they also have a part of security, software requirements, user relation, and service management.
He specializes in data center, application, network, security, back-office user requirement, and cyber security more, he is more focused on the security software requirements and more on audit IT technology risk.

He has done a project in XXXX, they have an obsolete data center environment so they had adevelopmentplan to introduce the newpatching part, migrate to the new server, put in place the new technology for around 8 months, and planned and managedthe upgrade phase by phase, and the firewall. They also improve the bandwidth issues and also the telecom keys. Another project in HK, it was an environment where there was no IT management, the people don’t have proper policy procedures and don’t have protection, he had to make the policy and provide the proper protection, it was not easy, there were a lot of regulations, and cyber security requirements.
