Product Engineer, Silicon Product Development Life Cycle

  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
    He is currently working in XXXX as a Silicon Product Engineer wherein he focuses more on SMC chips manufacturing and new product introduction. He’s also working closely with cross functional teams for planning of pre-silicon and post-silicon stuff. Once they get ahold of the issues, they go to the right DRI and do all the readiness needed for the manufacturing. Before this, he was mostly doing the same responsibility as Product Development Engineer, Test Design Lead, and Staff Product Engineer for XXXX.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be starting things from scratch and is good with doing things from the beginning up to the end. Good with NPI bring up, ATE Char, wafer SORT and final test program development.   
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has lots of experience with product development mostly in silicon and semiconductors. He is also good with testing and characterization of the product. He has been involved with semiconductor product development from concept up to production. Has the knowledge of digital designs but not very hands on with it.
