Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers?Previous companies and jobs? She is currently working on her own business, XXXX, a semiconductor company, where she is the one managing their sales, handling their clients and suppliers. She is also involved mostly in the semiconductor process and is always hands-on with their clients’ needs/requirements. Just recently, they had a client that they helped sourced the chips, manufacture them, and put all the assembling together. Before this, she was a Sales Manager for XXXX where she handles the international sales department and often organize international exhibits to meet local and international clients. Her husband also has a Winery business and restaurant so she also was the one to handle the sales for these businesses.
What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be her communication skills and she has practiced these in lots of situation already with different clients/colleagues. Also good with sales and marketing since she has been doing this for about 20 years now. Rates herself a 4-5 out of 5 in it.
Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has almost 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry but has overall experience of 20 years when it comes to sales and marketing. Involved in semiconductor process including sourcing for the chips, learning how to manufacture them, and assembling/putting them together. Familiar with Asian market’s semiconductor industry especially Taiwan, China.
