1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working as a Salesforce Test Analyst in XXXX for the past 3 years. She started her career back at 2021 as an Intern then later on converted into a full-time employee with them. She is responsible for testing the products and features using Agile methodology, both for major and minor releases; she is also participating in retrospective backlog refinement and is working closely with developers, Scrum masters, and such. Their main product is Salesforce which is a cloud-based CRM which they test the product itself and features before release to their American Insurance provider client.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her software quality management experience; she’s recently into robotic system and testing that they apply to Salesforce as well. In terms of the technologies and tools, she’s proficient with Selenium, JIRA for defect and storage tracking, Java, and Salesforce as well. Apart from that, she is also a good communication builder within internal and external teams.
