He has more than 8 years of experience mainly in IT support and currently working at XXX as a Technical support engineer and has an experience working in different multinational companies including around 2.5 years in Shanghai, China. He also worked with the XXX for a couple of months in my Microsoft Shanghai location. His responsibilities in his current job is to support their customers in different countries like Australia, Hong Kong, China etc and used to manage their different OS like Windows and different servers as well. He manages the mailing services and provided third party services as well. He also used to manage the Azure Kubernetes services and Microsoft users when he was working in China and used to work with the developers as well for more than 7 years and has a certification from Azure and ITIL.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He can provide a tier 1 to tier 2 support and knowledgeable in different tools like for the ticketing, different VMwares and, servers. He is also proficient when it comes to handling and installations for both the hardware and software.
