1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is an AI Solution Architect and a Full Stack Developer with a total of 3 years of experience in Dubai. She is currently working with XXXX and is building a project for a US-based health organization which has 150 facilities; she’s working on RAG applications, multi-agent workflows which includes HIPAA concern and LLM architecture. The organization has about 40,000 employees so their internal knowledge base should be provided within the chatbot she’s building and it should be able to provide answers to them based on that. Their current IT team is composed of two people from the US and two people from Dubai; they have a total of six members and she’s one of the AI companions working with AI projects. She reports directly to their Software Engineer/SQL Developer based out of the US.
Before this role, she was working with a tech-based company called XXXX as a Software Developer and AI Specialist where she has built different AI projects for tourism, finance, e-commerce, and more. She also built a multi-agent workflows for them and other agents that will help customers regarding water-based and desert-based activities. She started her career with XXXX as a Python Developer where she designed and built full stack applications using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL depending on client’s needs.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her fast-learning skills and her strong interest with how AI is evolving every day. She is up for challenging roles that will let her handle vast number of projects instead of narrow ones. When it comes to tools and technologies, she’s proficient with VS Code for AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and other technologies used for AI building.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has almost 2 years of experience within AI engineering; strong with APIs, webhooks, and has done CRM integration and automation workflows on production environment. She has experience using ElevenLabs and has built conversational AI and voice AI projects although due to certain restrictions, those projects didn’t went to production eventually; they dropped it at about 95% completion so she still acquired experience from it. She has proven record of translating business requirements into AI solutions and has been doing it for her current and previous companies. She is comfortable working with a startup since her previous company is one and right now, they also have a lean technical team.
