KYC Analyst, Crypto and Trading

She began her career 4 years ago as a call center agent at XXXX, handling both inbound and outbound calls. 3 Years ago, she joined Dubai Health Authority as a customer service representative, later being promoted to a real-time analyst and workforce department role, generating reports and managing agent schedules.  She has worked as a KYC analyst at XXXX for 2 years, reviewing and validating customer documents for compliance. She recently participated in an AI identity verification system project to improve fraud risk reduction and regulatory compliance. She also collaborates with other departments to address client issues and ensure a smooth registration process.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She possesses a strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.  In addition to her communication skills, she is multilingual, fluent in English, Arabic, and Farsi.
