He handles the GPS telematics section providing technical support to the Middle East region, he travels frequently for governmental projects to countries like Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain. He manages a team of almost 9 engineers and reports to the Head of Technical Support.

His strongest skills he possesses is his communication and within technical support.

He has 12 years of experience in his current job which his expertise includes providing technical support and directly handling clients, focusing on vehicle telematics solutions, FMS fuel management systems, mobility, and vehicle tracking software platforms. All these responsibilities fall under his purview, he also engaging in sales not directly, but he helps within sales as he is associated with the product, whenever sales representatives’ approach, and sales engage in hunting and they handle them to purchase. He has 15 years of UAE Driving license.
