He began his career in 2020 with a leading GPS provider company, specializing in telematics solutions. As a Telecom Engineer, this role perfectly aligned with his studies and long-term career goals. Starting as a Technical Support Engineer, he spent nearly 2 years supporting their various systems, including software and hardware for tracking solutions. He also managed the ticketing system, resolving all customer complaints related to technical issues he was promoted to Operations Department. Here, he continued to provide support while also managing the operational process. This included direct communication with clients to schedule vehicle installations and ensure their availability. His role in coordinating the installation team, ensuring the technicians had the necessary hardware and software on-site. He also, tested functionality after installation and continued to provide support. After a year managing both responsibilities, he transitioned to Client Relationship Management, specifically focusing on Emirates Transport, his successful delivery of 5 projects for XXXX led to their high satisfaction with his service and project management skills. Currently, he manages various transportation solution systems for XXXX, involves ensuring compliance with regulations by installing cameras, NVRs, PIR sensors, and temperature sensors for student safety.

He strongest expertise is in support roles, including operations, client relations, and more. However, his career aspirations lie in transitioning away from a technical focus. Client relations particularly interest him – he enjoys the prospect of handling communication and building rapport with others. This role allows him to leverage his interpersonal skills and thrive in a more people-oriented environment
