With more than 3 years of experience working in the IT industry and currently working as an IT support engineer. He said that he is a diligent, attentive, knowledgeable, and fast working. He also said that after he graduates, he started working as a service desk engineer for an established company where he learned the importance of working. He is responsible for purchasing all the IT tools and equipment. Install, configure, and troubleshooting of all windows servers, and tasks to create new user id and email. He also manage the active directory, DNS, DHCP, do cloud configuration, Windows server backup file server, and printer.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a solid background and know different network protocols and able to handle the Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint & Azure environments which rates his skills 3.5 out of 5. He has more than 3 years of working experience and with experience in LAN/WAN networks as well and very confident on his skills.
