She has 14 years’ experience in corporate and her background mainly focused within HR. In her previous role, she was involved in HR responsibilities and worked for an HR sourcing company, providing services to other companies looking to outsource their HR needs. These services included skills development, which motivated her to apply for this position. She is a native speaker of Farsi and originally from Iran. She earned her master’s degree in international business in the UK.
2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Her strongest skill is her knowledge of marketing. She has been taking courses on marketing. She is very good with marketing and knowledgeable about social media. She can prepare presentations effectively. She often prepares materials to present and is skilled in convincing people through her speaking abilities.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Having worked in HR for many years, she finds the fintech and crypto industries appealing and wants to gain experience in this field. She is confident in her customer service skills, is presentable, and can prepare presentations. She is something she can easily manage. She takes pride in her command of Farsi and hopes it will be seen as a positive attribute.
