In her most recent roles, she acted as the primary strategic liaison for a portfolio of global travel giants, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and booking systems. She managed a 10-year tenure with British Airways Holidays and led major projects for Emirates (Arabian Adventures & Desert Adventures) and Flight Centre. She served as the first point of contact for high-level client demonstrations, utilizing RFP fill-outs and Gap Analysis to accelerate product adoption and onboard new enterprise partners. She also partnered with Technical Architects to design bespoke solutions, translating business requirements into BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and Solution Documents that bridge the gap between commercial goals and technical reality. And she successfully steered two major global production releases (“Go-Lives”) for Flight Centre and British Airways Holidays, ensuring zero-fault deployment for massive customer bases. She acted as both PM and BA for internal AI-focused projects, identifying manual bottlenecks and automating client requirements. These initiatives successfully reduced client costs and headcount by replacing manual workflows with intelligent, automated systems.
