She has a total of 8+ years of experience all in QA Testing; she started with manual testing and eventually moved into automation testing as well. For industries and domains, she has worked for renewable energy, life sciences, healthcare, vehicle insurance, and currently with gaming domain. She is currently with XXXX as a QA Lead where she’s responsible for leading 5 people in the team both in India and Dubai. In terms of the technologies and tools, she has used Selenium, Cucumber BDD framework along with Java, and Postman. On a daily basis, she is involved with test cases execution, distribute tasks equally among everybody, and is also a part of the UAT; she is 60% involved in the technical stuff and the rest of 40% is on team management.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she frequently have to communicate to her team if there are any issues. Aside from that, she has a strong technical background in both manual and automation testing since she has been in this line of work for more than 8 years.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has 8+ years of overall experience in software testing and 6 years of it is with automation testing. She has great hands on skills with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber BDD; for API integrations, mostly Postman. Proficient with load and performance testing tools, Agile development environment, and has previous experience testing AI, data analytics, and data models.
