1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career when he was in Sudan as a service desk agent and work as an IT support as well. Currently he has more than 9 years of experience working in the IT industry and mainly for the IT or Technical support roles. He said that his role is to support the network team and handling both hardware and software as well as the ticketing system in the university. He also worked in a government company and do weekly reports and solve issues regarding hardware and software. He also handles the Active directory and help in shifting those to Cloud using Azure and sometimes, they are also responsible for the server upgrades, migrations, and deployment of the system in the University.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients requirements?
He is good in using Azure and with familiarity as well in networking. He also mentioned that he is currently working on his Oracle certification to enhance his skills and with Security related certification as well and with knowledge in system administration but don’t have solid experience with it.
