1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He did his Masters in Artificial Intelligence and Human Factors in the UK, and before passing his Masters, he has two years of experience in XXXX as a Senior System Engineer where he supported a US-based healthcare client, Amgen, 24/7 using ServiceNow CRM; he also developed business intelligence dashboards back then and designed/implemented KPI frameworks tracking different metrics (MTTR, WIP, and more. Right now, he’s with XXXX as a Data Scientist where he’s helping them build predictive models and also analyse their sales data, helping the leadership to plan their resource, and is supporting them remotely. On a daily basis, he’ll get the sales data, analyse them, clean up the data for the AI models, then use Python to clean up the Excel data; he also works on these data on Amazon AWS SageMaker to build predictive models to forecast the sales in the upcoming quarter or year. On top of these, he also gives insights to the leadership; right now, he’s working for an Indian client based in Memphis. He also does freelance projects every now and then; he has experience working with XXXX on training their models using data from them.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be based on the current business requirements for a company; he can be flexible from analysing all customer data, helping company to maintain their customers, support their retention on losing any accounts, giving suggestion on what AI models to acquire, and can also work as a data analyst. In his current role, he is analysing the sales data and giving company insights/ideas on how AI can impact their business.
One of his achievements was back in XXXX, when he was still working for a healthcare client; they were going to a cost-cutting phase due to pandemic and wanted to build an in-house solution similar to ServiceNow. He helped them in doing all the requirements to changing the data, and he was appreciated for that.
