He’s originally from India, did his Bachelor’s back there then started his career as well within the same country. He worked with XXXX as an Operations Analyst where he looked after all the India operations, managed different garages, involved with any refurbishment works, and more. After that, joined XXXX as a Quality Analyst where he used to do thorough quality checks of all the cars they were buying, identify the refurbishment works needed, and go through all the work done by their technicians and quality inspectors. Back in 2023, he went to the UK and did his Master’s in International Business with Data Analytics; after completing that, he joined XXXX as a Senior Shift Manager where he’s involved in analyzing performance data, develop actionable insights, and basically handles all data-related work such as audits, sales, inventory, records, cash management data, and more.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be within operations and business development since he has been looking after 3-4 stores around their area, and he’s involved there in both operations and business development. He’s good building relationships with their vendors, partners, and everyone related to their job. Domain-wise, he’s good with automotive, including their programming, hardware, parts, and apart from that, he’s good in data handling as well. His biggest asset would be handling pressure very calmly; being in a very big country, he’s good with managing people, tasks, and work in general.
