1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

She had her Bachelor of Technology and after that, she was directly absorbed by XXXX and has been with them up until now. She started off as a Tester and was later on promoted as a Senior Test Engineer where she was mostly having management calls with stakeholders, internal calls with her testers, and some defect calls as well. Apart from that, she sometimes is also involved with execution and big issues, prepare daily reports, check with development team if issues are resolved, and such. She has experience in both onsite and offshore, mostly handling telecom products; she has used Bugzilla, JIRA, all the other testing tools and have worked on automation as well. She is currently involved in both technical and management updates, has been working on both automation and manual projects and leading a team of around 30 people distributed in different teams.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

Strongest skill would be manual and automation testing since she has been doing this for the whole of her career; has worked on several projects already and is still continuously improving herself.  She’s also good with different kinds of testing and methodologies. Aside from that, she’s a great communicator and can manager her team very well, same with stakeholders.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?

Has around 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA. Since she came from a telecom company, she has lots of experience with telecom products and is knowledgeable with network monitoring tools including DataDog, and internal company monitoring tools. For methodologies, she has worked on almost all of it including Agile, Scrum, Integration Testing System, and Unit Testing depending on the project. For automated testing framework, she has mostly used Selenium and is trying to learn Cypress and Cucumber. Has bit of knowledge with networking protocols, virtualization technologies, and monitoring concepts.
