  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has over 10 years of experience across trading operations, back-office, and market surveillance functions. Currently with XXXX, (later acquired by Marix), he manages back-office trade activities including reconciliation and reporting across business lines. Previously at XXXX, he handled account setup, trade execution, and trade movements between brokers and carriers based on front-office and client requirements. His earlier roles include managing a hedge desk at XXXX, where he oversaw mark-to-market processes, margins, limits, position rollovers, and P&L reporting through an ETRM system, as well as end-to-end trade lifecycle management at Gilded DMCC covering settlement, physical deliveries, precious metals pricing, exposure reporting, and compliance checks. He also worked at XXXX in 24/7 trading surveillance, monitoring price movements, instrument creation, and settlement pricing, and at XXXX in operations handling trade booking, reconciliation, margin calls, and cash and metal flows. He began his career at XXXX handling physical FX trading and reporting, and earlier at XXXX in India supporting corporate banking, prime brokerage, and fixed income operations.

    His strongest skill is adaptability, developed through working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. He stays calm, thinks quickly, and works with a high level of accuracy, understanding that even small errors can impact traders and trades. This experience helped him adapt quickly, learn fast, and make sound decisions, making adaptability one of his key strengths.
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    At XXXX, he handled MT4 and MT5 platforms along with CRM. He created trading groups, configured margins, spreads, instruments, and managed trade settlements, including rolling or moving positions when required. He regularly configured trading schedules, especially around holidays, to avoid unwanted open positions that could impact clients or the company. He knows where to go and what to do in the MT4 admin and manager, and he was also part of the MT5 testing, so the setup was quite similar. Meanwhile, he wasn’t deeply involved with MT5 which he had only brief experience.  On the connectivity side, they used KX and PrimeExim, with PrimeExim bridging the systems between KX and MT4. Meanwhile, at XXXX they had an integrated setup platform, including both in-house and outsourced systems like MT4, MT5, KX, Orbex, and product-based databases, so overall he has exposure to most of these systems.
