1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is an Automotive Project Manager with around 7-8 years of experience in both software and system project management. Her last career was with XXXX as a Software Project Manager where she led the software delivery for electronic breaking system projects including product series such as MK100, MK120, MKC1, and MKC2 platforms. Her role covers the full lifecycle from customer requirement analysis, Azure software development, and integration as well as series production support. One of her key achievement was establishing unified project management combined with Agile framework, also introduced a method to consolidate multiple vehicle version records into a single software baseline. Aside from that, she has successfully brought the CI/CV practices into their customers, was delivering software releases within a very tight timeline. Previous to this, she was with XXXX as a Technical Project Lead, their products was mainly HMI switch products and served there as the primary technical interface for their clients in North America including Tesla, Daimler, and more; she was also involved with rapid development cycles, delivering demos, and releases.

Strongest skill would be bridging the gap between the technical expectations and the business expectations; she’s good with translating customer needs into clear development tasks or requirements. Proficient with keeping multicultural teams aligned towards a certain milestone as well.

She has been doing project management for 7+ years now, all in the automotive industry. She has worked with different clients and OEMs from regions including North America, Mainland China, and APAC in general. Knowledgeable with ASPICE and others.
