    He has around 5 years and 9 months of experience as a Field Application Engineer. He completed his degree in Computer Science and Engineering at XXXX University in the US. He started his career in the US as an Application Engineer at XXXX, supporting customers and field teams in data center environments. He helped troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues on servers, storage, and networking equipment, assisted customers in testing, configuring, and optimizing systems, provided technical guidance and training, and raised requests for new features or customizations. He also worked closely with internal teams to solve technical problems. Later, he returned to his home country and joined XXXX as a Field Application Engineer. There, he supported R&D in resolving firmware issues related to eMMC, BL33, and kernel drivers, maintained codebase versions, and applied patches. He provided on-site overseas support to debug production issues, worked with customers on SDK, Yocto, and RDK platform builds, and assisted in bringing up new boards. He also supported Android upgrade flows from version R to S. In his most recent role at XXXX, he continued in a similar role, focusing on data center solutions.
