1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been in the IT field for over 25 years now and has worked on various positions/roles, companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX recently, and XXXX currently. He’s mainly doing solution consulting and a bit of application engineering for OpenText, broadly into the Electronic Enterprise Content Management and SAP integrations; he also does SAP transformation and digital transformation, other components inside ECM (archive servers, DDS), etc. His client right now is XXXX and he’s doing the transformation of SAP from ECC; his role is mainly OpenText archiving and Records Management for SAP. He’s responsible for all documents and content coming from SAP, such as invoicing, purchase orders, billing, text, and all. He designed the solution to put into the OpenText Content Server or ECM. Before this, he was mostly focused within OpenText and Records Management, organizing the document management side of things by classification, categorization, retentions, and more. On his previous internal project, they migrated OpenText solution from SAP ECC to SAP RISE Cloud Solutions. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be solution consulting and architecting, especially within OpenText SAP and document management; he can do solutioning from zero or greenfield, can work on the infrastructure, requirements for the system, application to work, and can configure all the integrations as well. One of his achievements or profile highlight was when he introduced OpenText to current project and convince their boss to engage in other ECM projects; because of that, he’s now building a workflow solution for them. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has more than 15 years of experience in technical consulting, doing solution architecture and consulting in general. Has been working on ECM, records management, and content management also for more than 15 years; he worked on a OpenText integration, SAP xECM a lot and has multiple certifications from OpenText as well. He has a bit of exposure with workflow automation although he’s more into integration side of it in the content server. He has done ERP integrations on an ECM context and has familiarity working with SharePoint as well. His role right now is about 60% technical and 40% functional, and would be interested to be involved more in the commercial side of things as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest specializations lie in Power Supply Design, Power Analogue Systems, and Deep-Tier EMC Compliance. He possesses extensive experience designing both linear and switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), ensuring optimal thermal performance and power efficiency. He is a specialist in navigating complex EMC/Safety regulatory landscapes, holding deep hands-on expertise in mitigating issues across Conducted, Radiated, and Safety compliance areas during pre-scan and formal lab testing phases. Beyond core power and analogue design, he brings a strong complementary skill set in Digital Audio and Advanced Connectivity. He started his career around 2011 as a Technical Assistant/Network Support Specialist for XXXX, one of the leading wireless ISP in South India region. He was deployed initially as an Advanced Technical Support Engineer wherein they offered Wi-Fi connections to the consumer and business clients/customers across Hyderabad. Later on, he moved on to XXXX as an IT Engineer for almost 2 years where he was involved within telecom and network infrastructure operations. Afterwards, he joined XXXX, as first an IT Engineer/Analyst where he took care of the entire data centre of defense organizations especially in Hyderabad; he worked on things like networking virtualization (VMware), enterprise backup, restore backup, and network storage, and so on. He also was involved with environmental sensors of data center operations, monitoring humidity, heat, and so on; they alert the respective systems to automatic ticketing if there’s any anomaly detected in regular patterns. Later on, he stepped into the R&D or design-related roles and got deployed into Celcom, where he was monitoring applications, managing Dynatrace, DCRAM, and create an alerting system; he also took a technical lead for order recovery operations within the telecom domain. On a day-to-day basis, they create new registration for any new SIM card or replace an existing one, VAS purchasing, or any other type of orders from the order capturing system. He also manages his team in terms of orders going wrong, analysing, and reporting it immediately to the problem management; used to create mitigation batches, automated batches, and so on. He also became a solution architect for the same company where he needed to migrate the existing stack of Oracle RODOD BSS to TCS-hosted BSS applications. He is also involved with requirements gathering from client business users, start with workshops, go back to stakeholders in the client environment, receive feedback, and then slowly move them into the development lifecycle. He also got to become a Senior Solution Architect, not only for the BSS, but end-to-end demand solution architect, where he used to take care of right from the business requirement gatherings, conceptualize into the IT technical systems, deliver them to product owners, and so on. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be analysis and detection skills since he has been practicing these two from the beginning of his career, he thinks this is essential as a senior solution architect. He also has strong background within the telecom domain and network engineering, IT operations, and so on. Proficient in solving complex problems, getting together business requirements, technology, and people to work on together for a quality output. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has more than 6 years of experience within solution architecting or solution design, mainly within the telecom or network infrastructure industry; he is interested in taking up new roles and challenges within the SaaS industry if given the chance. He has exposure working on B2B clients and B2C customers. Has done scripting especially during the earlier years of his career and might need some refreshers if he is going to do it right now.

He is a Senior Security Engineer and IT Security Lead specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and mobile application security, with a career that blends technical product security validation and compliance readiness. At XXXX Singapore, he focuses on product security engineering for Android applications, conducting root detection testing, jailbreak validation, runtime tampering detection, emulator detection, and malware threat assessments. He also performs attack simulations and vulnerability research to ensure XXXX’s mobile security products effectively mitigate evolving threats. On the GRC side, he supports the company’s SOC 2 compliance program by reviewing policies, coordinating evidence collection, preparing audits, and aligning controls with regulatory requirements. His role involves working with stakeholders to strengthen security governance and improve compliance processes. Previously at XXXX, he worked as a Business & Project Management Analyst, where he gained experience in KPI measurement, process optimization, workflow mapping, and executive reporting. 2.       What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His technical focus lies in Android security, where he validates protections against rooted devices, jailbroken devices, runtime tampering, emulators, and malware threats. He is directly involved in product security for enterprise mobile applications, conducting vulnerability research to identify exploitation paths and strengthen product resilience. On the compliance side, he has hands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance, supporting audit readiness through security governance, audit evidence management, and policy alignment. His background also includes business and process improvement, with skills in KPI management, workflow analysis, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. One of his strongest achievements has been successfully operating across both product security engineering and GRC compliance functions at V-Key, demonstrating his ability to bridge technical mobile security expertise with governance ownership.
