1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated with Electronic Information degree and has about 14 years of experience now in the embedded development industry. He specializes in different tools and technologies including STM32, RTOS, and others. His last role was with XXXX as a Senior Embedded Engineer where he developed systems and bootloader that supports USB and CANFD; he also has significantly improved their system reliability and other updates. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer where he led the test firmware framework and communication module development, used CANFD and USB as well during that time for building different toolchains. Prior, he was with XXXX as an R&D Manager where he built DVR system platforms and introduced newer platforms for developing video system solutions as well. He was mostly a Senior Software Engineer during the earlier years of his career, mainly worked and developed embedded security modules, in-vehicle navigation system, audio/video modules, and more.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be his full stack firmware and embedded development skills since he has been doing that from the start of his career. He’s proficient with lots of tools and technologies including C/C++, JavaScript, JSON, and others. Aside from the technical side, he’s also strong with coordinating with global teams and has been doing that for more than 6 years now of his career.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10 years of experience in embedded and firmware engineering, mostly on senior positions and in domains including automotive, media, security, and tech. He has great understanding of embedded system diagnostics, hardware-software interfacing, and has strong grasp of C, C++, JavaScript, and bit of C#. They use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and JTAG adapters on a regular basis so he can leverage that on his next job; also proficient hands-on skills with communication protocols such as BLE, Bluetooth, I2C, and more. Knowledgeable with drivers, peripherals, and has used mainly FreeRTOS on his previous projects.
