She started her career in XXXX as a Fulfilment Professional where she focused on Quote-to-Cash life cycles from the beginning of the business opportunity/proposal to quotation, negotiation, and fulfilment up to completion. Back then, she managed the end-to-end contract lifecycle, SOX compliance issues, finance forecasting, and ensure that high stakes digital supply chain initiatives remain operational. On the sixth year of her career in that company, she was promoted as an Iteration Manager where she started to cover a wider range of the Greater China group including Hong Kong, Macao, and bit of Taiwan. She was a key member of many system implementations during that time, S/4HANA and ERP implementations; she didn’t just managed the rollout, she owned some cost-tracking and KPIs as well. She also had exposure with process optimization and process simplification in the Asia Pacific region. After some time, she noticed her passion for digital transformation and transforming entire organization’s workflow in a more intelligent way so she finished her Master’s of Management specialized in Digital Transformation, she’s now back in China to find good opportunities where she can leverage both her experience and knowledge.

Strongest skill would be her experience from the IT industry, whether it’s about sales, operations, or digital transformation.
