1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 15 years of working experience within the Finance area and Finance ERP implementation; he’s already a senior in the finance operation, finance system implementation, and remediation. His last job was with XXXX as a Finance Data & Systems Expert, he joined them originally as a Project Manager for SAP implementation and SAP CFIN rollout across the APAC region; they also centralized the finance data into one system. He was also responsible back then in monitoring the project progress, coordinate with multi-department to go through the status of the projects, and so on. They have developed PowerBI tools to do reconciliation, also master data dashboard. Apart from the technical side of things, he was also involved in educating the current end users to adapt to the new process and use the new tool, as well as being the contact person between the finance end-user and the IT developer teams.
Before this, he was with XXXX as a System Officer & Accountant, where he travelled around APAC region to have knowledge transfer from the local people/local finance users, and such. He was kind of the initiator in that role where he collect back all the tasks from local regions, do knowledge transfer with service centers, and worked as a System Officer as well where he did lots of system implementation with SAP.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be ERP system implementations; he has a good knowledge on the technical side of things since he has been doing this for more than 10 years now. He also came from an accounting background so he uses both of them for his work; he’s familiar with the finance area. On the soft skill side, he is great with talking and collaborating to different departments and teams, a cross-functional experience, to get things done.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 13-14 years of experience now with SAP systems and implementation, and has been working with FICO module since 2015. He has done two full-cycle implementations so far and has done lots of rollouts, data migrations, and other projects as well related to SAP Finance space.
