1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
His career started around 2011, joined XXXX back then as Accounting Clerk where he got lots of experience for knowledge transfer projects for domestic and external. He took over jobs from their onshore customers from Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries; his main job is invoice T&E posting by the master maintenance and payment processing for the Chinese invoice deduction. After that, he worked for XXXX as an Accounts Payable Manager/Team Lead where he did knowledge transfer projects as well for customers in the USA, Costa Rica, and other cities from China; his main job back then was monitoring the whole team’s performance, lead the whole team to troubleshoot issues and find solutions, and make improvements for their customers as well. He also served as a Purchase to Payment Process Expert for XXXX, a pharmaceutical company, working on the procurement to payment processes and helping the operations team to find issues as well as increase their performance. Then his last role was with XXXX as an APAC PTP Global Process Owner where he designed the whole process, monitored the performance of the team, resolved any issues, and find potential opportunities to make some improvements in the operation team.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his knowledge and experience with process of procurement to payment, accounts payable, and the use of SAP S/4 systems; he’s also proficient with other tools such as Ariba, Coupa, and related ones. Apart from the technical skills, he’s good with communicating with stakeholders regarding project improvements, acquiring their trust in making changes, helping the upstream and downstream of processes, and so on.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of experience in SAP and is strongly exposed to FICO, Material Management, and other modules. Most of his implementation experience is from the end-user and operations side of things; he was involved in data migration of new systems as well and ensure there aren’t any data missing.
