1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently with XXXX as a SAP FICO ERP Implementation Consultant where he’s responsible for implementing global business needs and provide operational support including accounts receivable and payable asset, cost control, profitability analysis, and implementation of direct bank enterprise connections in SAP systems of various clients, mostly within the automotive industry. Before this, he was with XXXX as a SAP FICO Implementation Consultant where his client was a large food manufacturing and sales group, he implemented modules including FI-AA, MM, SD, direct bank-enterprise connection, and MDG; he was mainly involved in the functional side of things and was doing the integration with their external systems as well. Majority of his roles prior to these two are related to FICO ERP Implementation for different companies and industries including one from electronics/semiconductor, F&B, real estate, as well as computer software. In summary, he’s strong with Financial & Controlling modules, and has designed multiple S4 systems as well from end-to-end.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be SAP FICO since he has been working on this for more than 15 years; he’s proficient with Profit Center Accounting, Corporate Profit Segment Analysis, and has strong debugging skills as well to fix any problems with daily transaction. In terms of industry, he has been in the automotive, electronics, food & beverage, and is flexible with others available in the market as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience, has covered Accounts Payable & Receivable, General Ledger, and other functions as well; he has been involved mostly in functional implementations and has finished about 5 to 6 full-cycle SAP implementations already, few of them in ECC and others are S/4HANA. He has strong grasp of finance processes and SAP configurations as well since he does this on a daily basis; has bit of experience and knowledge with data migration for finance objects as well. He’s good English speaker but doesn’t know any Japanese, he would be interested to try this opportunity if they are flexible with that language and work setup role as he prefers to work remotely in China.
