1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has now 26 years of experience in the industry, mainly doing accounting and SAP. The first part of her career was focused on accounting for XXXX, XXXX, and other big companies for over 8 years. She worked for several accounting departments and had the opportunity to work with ABAP, ISIS reporting and more. Then as she acquired more knowledge in SAP, accounting and treasury, she joined XXXX as a FICO Engineer where she was doing internal consultancy of SAP modules, worked for APAC, and provided service maintenance for all users worldwide. She also became a FICO Consultant for the same company where she was involved with different project roll-outs, one even for Poland branch; she’s mostly in charge of both FI and CO modules’ implementation. Also became a FI-Fix Asset Consultant for them and was involved with Application Delivery for Fix Asset Sub-modules of SAP. After a few years, she joined XXXX as a FICO Consultant where she was again involved with project roll-outs related to the company’s construction equipment investment, collected business data from users and legacy system, data migration, user training, and supported other consultants with configurations. Then she worked with XXXX as a SAP FICO Leader where she was in-charge of FICO solutions including project implementation, testing, and operation maintenance; also was a SAP FICO PM for XXXX where she acted as the IT owner of the FICO support, responsible for routing monitoring, maintenance, and support work. She’s now working with XXXX as a Sr. FICO Expert where she manages and oversees the design and development of customized reports, leverage ABAP technical resources and more.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her familiarity with different SAP modules including ABAP, manufacturing-related, product costing, and all other modules. She’s good with setting up solutions, handing out of all the steps in the SAP configuration, and on top of these, she still considers her accounting abilities as one of her strongest assets.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has over 15 years of experience now within SAP Finance modules; has been involved with over 10 years of SAP systems full-cycle implementations, and is very much knowledgeable with SAP S/4HANA systems. Since she came from an accounting background, she has good grasp of different finance processes: AR/AP, ledgers, and more. She had to do implementations all by herself so she is strong with SAP configurations, also performing data migration type of projects.
