1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated around 2002 and joined XXXX as his first company, he served there as an Embedded Senior Software Engineer where he worked in printer firmware development for about 10 years. After that he joined XXXX as a Deputy Minister where he focused on development of LCD TV software based on Linux operating system for global markets such as Europe, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and Asia in general. He was also a Senior Software Manager for XXXX where he worked on development, reliability testing, and management of electrical control systems for electric water heaters and purifiers; he did embedded real-time operating systems back then and was familiar with various microcontroller systems such as ARM, SAMSUNG, STM, ATMEL, and more. He is currently with XXXX as an Electrical Control Director where he’s responsible for the research, design, and development of electrical control software and hardware technology for atomization devices. He is also responsible for managing teams and projects in this company.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be embedded software development since he has been doing this for more than 20 years now; he’s proficient in both the technical and management side of things. In terms of management, he is currently handling about 20 members composing of technical people in current company.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 20 years of experience within the embedded software engineering, and has been into hands-on technical roles as well as management side. With regards to automotive industry, he has a year of experience working with automotive clients and is open to work in the same field again if given the chance. Has mastery of C and C++, can be involved with hands-on development as well if needed for projects. Has good grasp of Japanese language, has JLPT N2 certification.
