She is a senior business, project, and product manager for the past 11 years, mostly working in the IT industry. For the past 7 years of her career, she was working with XXXX as the Project Manager & Senior Product Manager where she worked with top companies in China offering credit loans to small business owners, she also has experienced online payment and cross-border payments on this company. She also was involved with data-driven operations for the business where she analysed data and helped with decision-making based on the results and outputs. Before this, she was a Product Manager for XXXX wherein she was in charge of the product design and project implementation for the company’s investment and financing platform. She started off as a Project Manager & Product Operations Manager for XXXX where she was doing upgrades and transformation of projects for a volunteer service platform in Guangzhou and some mobile development projects.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her ability in offering solutions as a project and product manager, especially in the banking and finance industry since she has been in that area for many years now. Aside from that, she has great skills in leading small to large-scale projects and can also leverage her data analytics skills in both project/product management jobs.
