1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career doing active sales in XXXX and worked on other shops in Russia as well. Afterwards, he moved to the IT sphere and finished his studies in China as well after that. Then he has joined XXXX way back 2016 as a Project Manager where he manage games, observe and handle gameplay, check user experience, and suggests improvement that he thinks would be good for their games; aside from that, he is also involved with data stuff and some optimization as well. Most of the games he work on includes MMORPG, Idle, and some strategy games as well; he has deep passion and interest with games, not only computer/mobile games, but also board games and such. Some of his daily responsibilities includes gameplay observation, user experience improvement, and mostly tasks that involves making the game better for their players; he is also involved in bug testing, creating recharge events, and gameplay itself.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his great ability for analysis and gameplay observation skills. Apart from that, he has deep passion and interest within the gaming industry so he can leverage this for his next jobs. He is also good with managing stuff such as projects and people, organizing stuff, and communicate to people such as internal teams or stakeholders.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 9 years of experience within the gaming industry; has been doing research, data analytics, and project/product management as well for the current company. He is mostly involved with browser and mobile-based games and has contributed mostly to platform development, UI/UX flows, and game features. On top of that, he has a short stint in managing people under him for about 8-10 months, which is a team for one of their games consisting of 4 members. He has been living in China for more than 12 years so he’s very knowledge with the market and culture, can work and communicate with Chinese colleagues as well if given the chance.
