1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working with XXXX as an Overseas Sales Engineer where he sells electronic parts all over the world including regions from Western Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia as well. His main responsibility is exploring markets, expanding their network, and use Alibaba to achieve their company targets; majority of his clients are coming from automotive, medical, and home appliances where he sells solenoid coils and valves to them. He also provide help on industrial control and automation for some of their clients. Before this, he was managing his own company that provides structural metal and plastic products.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be using different tools for sales management such as Microsoft Office Suite, PPT, and others. He’s good with pitching their company and their products to customers, learning the market trends, and closing deals. His biggest deal was a 10M RMB deal with one of their customers and his current target is about 12M RMB per year which he is close to hitting as of the moment.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 15 years of experience in technical sales, mainly selling electronic parts; he’s good with pitching the company and the product, doing some demos and installations, and presentations as well. He has experience working with quality control and relevant fields as well so he can leverage that for his next job; aside from electronic products, he has touched software products as well. His network is mainly focused in Guangdong area and can work in Shenzhen area as well if ever.
