1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He was born and raised in France, had some project manager and sales roles back there before going back to China. During his time in China, he was doing mostly client-facing roles including a Sales/BD one and an Account Manager related one, mainly within digital marketing industry firms basically providing services that happens behind the screen such as creating content, analyzing data, marketing strategy, ecommerce & sales-related scope, and more. All of his experience are mainly agency vendors and the last 4 years, his scope has been changed a bit when he joined XXXX as the Head of Partnerships where he speaks to smaller agencies, find his way out, and work with brands as well across APAC (Hong Kong, Singapore). He also built their strategic partnerships with 4A agencies including GroupM, Publicis, Havas, OMD, garnering 300K USD incremental sales via brand-agency collaboration models. Some of his client portfolio includes L’Oreal, Guerlain, Bvlgari, Coty, and more luxury brands.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be leaning towards his soft skills; with the last few years of his career, he has been good with understanding people’s pain points and be client-facing in general. Another expertise would be within the sales and business development side, can leverage his network in selling their products/services. In his current role, he has closed 250K+ USD new revenue including the largest deal in the company history; another one was that all of the deals they had over the past years, came from his own initiatives. His pure AdTech experience is around 6 years now and the rest of his experience is within 360 digital marketing. Majority of his clients are coming from the industries FMCG, Cosmetics, F&B, and other consumer-based industries.
