In these roles, she was responsible for organizing resources, building new routes, and managing campaigns. She also oversaw price management and conducted regular SRA reviews. The first role focused more on local delivery, while the second role involved overseeing the entire logistics chain.
2 What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
Her strongest skill is communication. With two years of experience, she regularly works with different departments and suppliers to achieve her goals. She has gained a good understanding of the logistics industry, working with customers, third-party logistics companies, and suppliers across various countries. This experience has helped her navigate and contribute to the industry’s challenges.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She used internal systems provided by her company’s IT department, which managed and supplied the necessary systems for product managers. She worked with these systems to track orders, including order numbers, origins, destinations, and their current status. Additionally, she has experience with cloud platforms, having used Alibaba Cloud in her first company. In her second role, while she gained some familiarity with cloud services, she did not have a deep understanding of them. For data requirements, she communicated directly with the IT or data teams to ensure her needs were met.
