His responsibilities included managing infrastructure components such as cabinets, cabling, firewalls, switches, and other IT devices. He also coordinated with local vendors to support retail stores across different cities. Additionally, he handled VIP support, including assisting brand leaders with meetings and providing English-language support, as some vendors faced communication challenges. His role also involved helpdesk support as needed.
