He has almost 10 years of experience in the quality assurance/management industry. His last role was with XXXX as the Product Development/Quality Lead where he was responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process of their products, mostly medical medical and particularly hearing aids. He also was ensures that all their products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations through feedback gatherings. He was also involved in the development and implementation of quality management systems, regular audits, and was in charge of leading cross-functional teams for improvement initiatives. During his last role, he worked closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams for product design and performance optimization, and also managed connections with regulatory bodies for compliance within the local and international guidelines. Aside from leading and managing teams, he is still pretty much involved with the whole product development life cycle starting from conceptualization. designing, up to production, and maintenance. Before this, he was a Product Quality Manager for XXXX where he also acquired his full product development life cycle experience again for hearing aids and similar devices. He started in this company as a Product Quality Specialist then gradually moving up to Sr Product Development Engineer. - What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be definitely quality management and expertise in product development for specific products in the medical and healthcare sector. On top of that, he is very knowledgeable with regulatory standards both local and international so he can contribute this to his next company. He also has great leadership and people management skills, handling previous teams including product engineers, QAs, and design team as well.
