In his current role, he oversees project performance from planning through execution and close-out, including schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, deliverables and stakeholder communication. Before, he also has around 2 years of experience in business development and technical sales, where he developed client relationships, engaged industry networks, identified project opportunities, prepared technical-commercial proposals and supported negotiations. He has worked with engineering and project teams across China and international project environments and is comfortable communicating with clients, engineering consultants, vessel operators, subcontractors, suppliers and senior management.
