1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been in Japan for about 22 years now, and before that he was based in India. His experience right now is mostly within IT services company and product-based companies, has acquired vast experience in development, project management, and similar skillsets as well. Previously, he had a short stint with XXXX as a Consulting Services Manager, but since there aren’t many SAP-related activities there, he moved to XXXX as a Lead Consultant; he’s also serving them as a Project Manager for a couple of projects. On a daily basis, he does client-facing work such as delivery, presales, and some internal activities that he needs to be involved as well; he’s doing both development and project management across different industries such as retail, insurance, consumer product, manufacturing, pharma, and more. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be consulting and project management since he has been doing this for many years now and he’s confident in these areas. Most of the tools and technologies he uses for work are SAP-related, and he’s well-versed with SD and supply chain-related modules. The projects he has done so far are a mix of end-to-end implementations, application support, rollout projects, and more. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has solid 6 months of experience when it comes to change management but he has many years of experience in consulting, project management, and ERP implementations; specifically IT and SAP transformation projects. He’s strong with stakeholder management, does this on a daily basis including communication, presentations, and more. He is currently working for pharmaceutical client and has worked in life science as well for a short amount of time previously.

He is currently living in Japan and working as a Program Manager for XXXX under client XXXX in Japan; they are focused mainly on the automotive powertrain ECU software verification and validation. Previously, he was also doing Project Leader and Program Manager roles for the automotive fuel systems and design & development with XXXX. In the past, he also worked with a few vehicle projects with XXXX through XXXX and XXXX as an Intern. In general, he was working mostly on vehicle integration projects and aftermarket-related, powertrain-related issues. He has extensive working experience across Japanese OEM including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, with strong proven customer management, project governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Japan and the offshore teams. He also handles a lot of profitability-related issues in his current projects and has handled a lot of change management topics as well from the delivery point of view. Also as a program manager, he’s taking care of lot of risk and change management at an organization level. He has a strong program delivery and bilingual collaboration with Japanese customers and a lot of automotive-related software and hardware experience. He has handled about 25 engineers in total. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his knowledge within the automotive industry and good understanding of product development with respect to automotive. Apart from that, he has managed a considerable team size that honed his team leadership skills as well as other areas of management including scope, timeline, resource, and risk. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has more than 3-4 years of relevant experience in risk and change management; mostly having the title of program and project manager. His current and previous projects are all related to IT Automotive space and has great background with organizational change leadership along with consulting. He has also practiced his stakeholder management skills and has JLPT N3 and another certification in Japanese Language which is NAT Q2.

He has been living in Japan for almost 30 years now and has started to work with Fortune 500 companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, XXXX, and other Japanese banks; he mostly did Project Management roles in those companies and a Client Technology Services Manager for the APAC region with XXXX. After that, he joined XXXX as an Account Director where he was in-charge in managing the whole operations for Japan; he also served as a Service Director that time. Later on, he joined XXXX as a Data Center Operations Manager where he managed Kansai, Osaka area, all of their data centers when they opened up at that time. He had to go back to Tokyo after a few years with them and joined a project for XXXX where he was a PMO involved with a huge global project in New York, London, Beijing, Shanghai, and Tokyo; he was in-charge of upgrading systems, integrating two separate entities within the same company, and manage IT operations in a cost effective way. He is a Certified ITIL Manager, including change management, incident management, capacity management, and more. During his time with XXXX, he was the sole operations manager for change management during that time where he created processes, made sure the old teams were aware of any changes to the business operations, and coordinated everything. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be service delivery management including change management, project management, and so on. He is good in managing multiple projects at once and handling people directly reporting under him. He has mainly worked with financial institutions and banks but he would be open to any other industry available in the market as long as it’s IT-related. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has more than 5 years of experience in change management alone, he also has been a project manager/service delivery manager for more than 15 years now. He has mainly worked on IT projects but has experience working/using SAP systems; he can manage any changes within the system, how it affects the business, and he would be willing to be assigned with SAP transformation projects. He is having the background of consulting, ERP implementations, and change leadership for most of his career so he can leverage these skills for his new job; great stakeholder management skills and speaks fluent Japanese both verbally and written. He used to work with FD, a pharmaceutical company in Japan, as well as Pfizer during his time with XXXX.

He has spent about 36.5 years of experience in XXXX as a Managing Consultant where he mostly did Business Transformation Consulting and Project Management of ERP implementations. He initially started in the sales department with them before moving to the brand organization and later on, consulting division. After that, he joined XXXX as a Manager for Project Management & Pre-sales Consulting where he mainly worked on SAP implementation and maintenance services. Since the last 10 years ago, he has been doing freelance work in XXXX which is his founded company; he does project management, business transformation consulting, and has worked with different clients and vendors already. In general, he has about 26 years of experience now in system implementation and projects, mainly SAP, few Oracle projects, and a few custom integration projects; in total, he has worked on 41 projects including 1 AMS, 12 business consulting projects, and 28 system implementation projects. He also has experience from Grand Design Phase to Hypercare Phase as a PM in system implementation projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be project management and consulting since he has been doing this for more than 30 years now. Apart from that, he’s also good with procurement, production, inventory, and more; he has worked with different industries such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, process chemical, or similar ones.

He has about 16 years of experience now within SAP, started his career as a SAP SD Consultant then later on worked his way towards solution architecture and worked with 5 multinational organizations. His experience includes delivering around 12 different SAP projects including brownfield, greenfield, bluefield, and also change management, people management, and so on. Currently, he’s working with XXXX, a Swiss-based pharmaceutical company where he handles the entire SAP global rollout for Japan; his main role here is to check that the business architecture which has been designed for the client is being deployed properly across the business stakeholders. He’s usually the one setting guardrails for the change management and everything that passes through the various system from development, quality, and production. As of the moment, he has worked across various SAP integration with many satellite systems such as JDNet, C4C, CPQ, Kinaxis, and other third-party systems; also has worked on many aspects of SAP right now including change management, data migration, implementation, leading of AMS project, and total hands-on person with projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be combination of his diverse experience in SAP, from SAP Change Management, people management, project delivery, SAP business solution architect, and so on. More specifically, when it comes to change management, he has worked on multiple projects where he has been the gatekeeper and has worked on various tools relevant to that as well such as ServiceNow, SAP, ALM, and more. Apart from that, he’s strong with connecting the business with the stakeholders, leading risk analysis meetings, connecting with the delivery team, overseeing SLAs, and handling big projects using different kind of tools. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has around 10-12 years of experience with change management positions, and has been working on IT and SAP transformation projects since the beginning of his career. Well-versed with consulting although right now, he’s on mid-senior level already and is managing people; good with ERP implementations and change leadership. Great exposure with highly regulated industries and has worked with pharmaceutical and life sciences.

He has a little over 30 years of experience with the most recent 15 years has been functionally in project and change management, for strategic, firm-wide, or global initiatives. In terms of the projects he has worked with, he has been involved with more of sales and marketing-oriented projects rather than technology-related projects, although he has managed a couple of those as well before. Regarding industry experience, he has been within banking and financial services industry, and the last 5-6 years, mostly in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and life sciences. He’s currently with XXXX as a Consulting Principal, Change Manager for the Japan region, where it’s very project-oriented and his role is more on the delivery side of things; he also does support at some times, reviews of RFPs, providing input to client proposals, especially from a change management perspective, but about 90% of his time is dedicated towards client projects. He was previously doing consulting and change/project management roles before this one with XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be organizational change management, including redesigns, project management for strategic initiatives; he’s also good with new product launches, new services developments, or new project developments. In summary, he’s well-versed with strategy development, organizational change, and sales-marketing initiatives. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has been doing change management roles for more than 15 years now and has been focused on sales-marketing initiatives for the last 5-6 years but he has done ERP rollouts, implementations, end-to-end technical projects, and such. He has always been doing consulting, has done ERP implementations, and is strong with organizational change management and leadership. Great exposure with regulated industries including pharma, life science, medical, and also finance which is highly regulated in Japan; he’s a Certified Change Management Professional, Change Management Practitioner, and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

He’s originally from India and has overall experience of about 15-16 years now in total within the IT consulting industry. He started his career after his graduation and joined XXXX as an Associate Developer where he delivered multiple mainframe, SAP ERP application support, and enhancement projects, then he moved to XXXX as a Senior Technical Consultant where he provided SAP PLM, HANA DB, and Teamcenter application support for global clients. After a few years there, he joined XXXX as a PLM Lead where his role was towards digital transformation but mainly on PLM implementation; he also was part of the mass data SAP implementation during that time, and was building the team for them internally. After some time, he got an opportunity with XXXX and he currently works with them as a Global ERP Operations Lead and Head of SAP Operations, where his role is to take overall ownership of AMS SAP operations and a big portfolio of SAP & non-SAP applications. He is involved with the budgeting, management of teams, ownership of the application deliverables, and point of contact for the leadership for them to run the BAU operations, and so on. Apart from these, he has done a lot of activities internally to reduce a lot of cost for the team. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his full-circle experience since he originally came from the technical background then currently more on leadership positions; he’s strong with people management, strategic decision-making, as well as operational management and change management. His industry exposure is ranging from automobile, pharmaceutical, life sciences, retail, luxury, and more. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has about 3-4 years of experience now in change management, and overall program management. Most of the projects he has worked with are IT and SAP transformation/digital transformation-related ones; that being said, he has strong exposure with consulting and ERP implementations. He talks to a lot of people on a daily basis so he has developed strong stakeholder management skills, especially within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical and life sciences.

She grew up in Japan, studies in the US for 25 years, then came back to Japan about five years ago. She was mainly doing Data Center manager roles, Channel sales, and has her Project Management Certificate as well. After doing Account Manager, Consultant, and other roles, she joined XXXX as an Advisor first, then later on became an AppleCare Partner Relations where she supported developers and advisors with knowledge of Apple Developer Program, Mobile Device Management solutions, and other stuff. After that, she got a job at XXXX through XXXX as an Operations Manager where she managed stakeholder expectations across multiple organizations and geographies, also handled daily operations with focus on analytics, coaching, recognition, and profitability. She was thinking back then to move to SAP Business so she joined XXXX as a Sales Director then moved to one of her friend’s company in the US where she did mostly business development. After that role, she joined XXXX as a Delivery Lead and Group Manager where she works currently with five different clients; she’s responsible for the proposals of project, doing the estimations, contracts, and does operational support as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be working with different teams and timezone; ever since her first job as a channel manager, she often had to work with people from different countries and culture so that paved her way to working with bigger and more international-focused projects. In terms of industries, she has worked with communications, data management, SAP, and now into Microsoft technologies.

1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He came to Japan to finish his Masters in MBA with Nagoya University. He started his career as a Business Development Manager back in India then in Japan, he first joined XXXX as an AI Project Manager, and he also served as an AI Prompt Engineer back then, dealing with both domestic clients as well as APAC clients. Some of the accomplishments he had back then was working with Japan’s largest telecommunications company called XXXX, where they built a custom-based rack system together with his team: two developers from Poland, Product Manager from Philippines, and another Product Designer from Tokyo. Another project he worked with was for XXXX where he worked in AI Resume Parsing project for them. His last role was with XXXX and took on a few roles including project management, AI automation, and client-facing consultations; their consultations are mostly related to AI enterprise security. Most of their clients include Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki, and other that wants to adopt AI into their workflows. He was more of a liaison for the company doing sales calls, maintaining relationships with them, assigning roles to each of the division members, and so on. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be more on the client-facing side of things and is well-versed talking to clients about what they want, basically communicating with them along the process. He’s also good in getting their pain point and what solutions they need for their businesses, can segregate information into smaller chunks. He’s great with anything that has to do with infrastructure building, AI integrations, and mainly that’s within manufacturing or engineering related. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has 2+ years of experience in project management and has been doing client consultations as well, so he’s confident with client-facing tasks. He knows ecommerce platforms and recently worked with Alibaba as one of their clients in previous company, also Mercari as one of their biggest clients there. Knowledgeable with software development and web technologies; mostly uses Claude Code in automating his works.

He is originally coming from India bringing about 15 years of experience now in software development, project management, and technical management. He is now working with XXXX as a Technical Project Manager, where he’s involved from planning to delivery of projects, basically in every phase of the project; they are currently working with in-vehicle infotainment products. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Technical Lead/Cluster SW Development where he did HMI software development for automotive clusters as well. Before that, he was also with XXXX as the Feature Owner & Technical Lead, started as a Resident Engineer for them as well mainly doing HMI for IVI and is involved with requirements discussion, support in-house teams, HMI development, and more. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be mix of software development and project management; basically both technical and management aspects since he’s coming from a software development background. His technical skills include C, C++, Python, Linux, Embedded System, HMI, and others mostly used in the automotive space. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has more than 15 years of experience in the software embedded development space, and has always been in the automotive sector, working with OEMs. In terms of project management, he’s been doing this for the last 5 years of his career. Has strong grasp of C and C++, still involved technically and can do the management side of things as well.
