Previously, he worked as an HR Systems Analyst at a regional manufacturing firm, where he supported SAP HCM and SuccessFactors during system upgrades, focusing on data migration, UAT, and training.

His strongest skills would be end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation, payroll migration, and stakeholder collaboration. He has deep expertise in configuring Employee Central and Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with local regulations while streamlining HR operations.
