Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
Understand client needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions or services.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure CRM data is up to date.
Contribute to client retention and satisfaction strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
