  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He first started his career in the government industry and was a Sales Engineer for machines during his time with XXXX. He used to travel to China quite a lot after that, and he was a Site Coordinator/Manager for XXXX and XXXX. After that, he joined XXXX as a Sales Engineer and is currently now with XXXX as a Sales Manager where he is heading different projects and actually has secured one of the biggest deals they had in the company, together with his division and team. His daily responsibilities there include reporting to GM and attend some clients meetings to discuss strategy and market direction.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be sales and his great understanding/experience in doing technical sales as well. He has great understanding of every product he ever sold and has great sense in the market as well; on top of that, he knows what his clients need by tackling and understanding their pain points.
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has been mostly doing B2B sales for the whole of his career and has been in the engineering and construction space for 15 years now. Some of his companies related to engineering and construction are XXXX, XXXX, and currently with XXXX so he has great network in this industry. Not much experience in selling drones or related products but he has previous engagements in this space so he can learn the products quickly.
