He graduated for around 4-5 years now and started his first job as a Management Trainee in a logistic and shipping company where he was acting in the sales department, mostly giving client quotations, renew contracts, basically more of like an account manager. After that, moved to XXXX as an Associate for Private Market which is closer to his major in university; he joined there under another company which is being acquired by XXXX at the time and is doing the function of a Client Success Manager, being both an account manager and client success. They handled ongoing clients inquiries, handled several accounts based in APAC (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia), and do a monthly/quarterly call with clients to understand their needs, if they are satisfied with the product, work with different teams for fixes, and lastly, they also look into retention. Just recently, he was onboarded with XXXX as a Senior Sales Associate where they target SME, close deal with clients, and such.

Strongest skill would be his financial background since he’s coming from a finance major in university; he does have strong understanding about financial markets, and is also a good hybrid of a business person and tech person. He specializes in problems with databases including Excel with API uses, can read codes, and support clients on how to debug since he has basic understanding about programming and tech jargons.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has almost 5 years of experience being a customer/client facing candidate and has been into financial, logistic/shipping, and tech company since he started his career.
