  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has six years of experience in the IT field working in the financial institutions, logistics companies, and government offices, where progressing from helpdesk and desk-side support roles to more advance IT service management. His work has included providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, with a focus on incident and problem management and having a good quality of communication towards work. He has collaborated with global teams and end users to efficiently resolve issues and ensure smooth service operations.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    His strongest skills include his technical knowledge, technical writing, and effective support. He plans to concentrate on areas related to his field of study, especially in assisting end users with general computer usage and initial setups. However, he acknowledges limitations with certain basic network issues, such as DHCP or DMS.
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and holds certifications ITIL and planning to get CCNA. In his current role, he manages IT service processes, primarily incident and problem management, including reviewing incident statuses, assessing priorities, escalating issues to teams, vendors, or non-IT departments, analyzing root causes, and monitoring resolutions.
