1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has more than 20 years of experience now in the IT industry and her first job was with a US manufacturing company called XXXX where she was responsible for the in-house IT management; she managed their in-house services, then later on changed to a consulting firm role with XXXX. She served there as a Lead Specialist Technical Services where she managed cloud services; after some time, she was assigned to manage their CDN (Content Delivery Network) product, mainly doing customer-facing tasks and handling enterprise customer as a Trust Advisor for them. On top of that, she did trainings, helped fix problems/issues such as outage, and more. She also did products documentation for their internal customers, do customer meetings, and so on. Currently, she’s helping one of her friends in their new business where she still manages CDN, handle some customers in Taiwan, and typical technical account manager responsibilities.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be handling IT services, and is proficient in delivering whatever the system or security is on the cloud environment. Apart from that, she’s good with talking to customers, facing them, and handling most of the problems being escalated to them. In terms of industry or niche, he has worked with electronics, ecommerce, airlines, and some banking as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has the documentation experience in the telco side, working alongside technical writers and stakeholders; he has worked with training documentation, knowledge base, and in terms of the materials itself she worked with system instructions, portal, etc. For the last 12 years in consulting, most of the workmates she had was a peer and has worked with seven other members.
