Previously, he worked at XXXX as an IT officer, handling network security, information security protocols, and application issues. Before that, he spent eight years at the Hong Kong Institute as an IT supervisor, managing IT support and participating in IT security projects, including firewalls and endpoint security. His earlier roles include system engineering at XXXX, promoting IT products such as Kodak document imaging, and working as a support analyst at XXXX, where he monitored airport systems, including weather and flight plan systems.
