    He has 1.5 years of experience in the IT field and is currently working as an IT Support Specialist at XXXX, where he manages the hardware refresh program. His daily tasks include setting up new machines to replace old ones, checking configurations, and ensuring systems are properly built for future use. Previously, at XXXX, he worked as a Support Engineer, supporting 3,000 users by providing application support for Microsoft tools like Edge, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. He also handled voice and remote support for corporate devices. Before that, he worked at XXXX as an IT Service Analyst, assisting stores worldwide, primarily in the APAC region, due to time zone differences.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    His strongest skills are in application support, particularly in Intune and MobileIron setup. He also has experience in mobile device troubleshooting and related support tasks.
