He Architected and deployed the public EAMHC platform, converting command-line analysis into a seamless web experience. He owns the entire lifecycle: Vue.js frontend, Django REST Framework backend, and Conda-isolated execution. For a major commercial partnership, he re-engineered a failing Python pipeline into a high-performance C++20 system. By implementing an out-of-core blocked symmetric matrix approach, he solved OOM (Out-of-Memory) issues, scaling the system from 240K to over 1M pedigree records.
