1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her experience is divided into two: the first half of her career is into Technical Writing and the other is into Project Management. During the first 5-8+ years of her career, she was mostly into technical writing for different companies and was mainly doing operating menu, technical reports to business users, system documents, and did some translations from Chinese to English as well; she has worked there on different industries including logistics, banking, and merchandise as well. Since 2014, she was into project management where she’s involved with business plans, coordinate with different teams to make sure they deliver their work on time, and is mostly working with banking and insurance-related tech projects. Also as a PMO Analyst/PMO Manager, she is mostly working with cybersecurity stuff and also learning a lot about other technical stuff.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she have to communicate with different teams all the time as a project/PMO manager. She also likes to make sure that she has a clearview of what’s going on about their projects, deliver projects on time and within the budget, and make sure everything gets done.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 5 years of experience in technical writing, mostly for logistics, banking, and merchandise industry. She is familiar with Adobe Suite tools, although not into the design team directly, but she is knowledgeable with InDesign and Illustrator, as well as XML Documentation; can rate herself a 3 out of 5 in the latter since she has been exposed to it before. She is also good to work on documentations for machines, consumer products, and also within engineering or manufacturing sector.
