1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started as a Project Manager for XXXX where he led strategic planning and analytics initiatives, oversee the product engineering team later on when he was promoted as a Senior Project Manager, and also launched AI products across USA, Europe, and APAC. After that, he briefly worked for XXXX as a Digital Transformation Lead where he architecture and implemented data infrastructures by integrating EBS modules with Capital Works Business Unit systems, also led the digitalization of CWBU operations. He is currently with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager; he started there as a Senior Product Manager but is now performing solution architecture focused on transformational projects; they have lots of legacy components that have to be integrated with the new core finance, procurement, and HR side. His team is responsible for the integration part and ensures that they build up seamless data pipelines, appropriate gateways, and adherence to internal cybersecurity standards. He is managing a team of three at the moment and has a resource pool from which he can bring in developers, testers, implementation specialist, and others. They are currently live with phase one and about 3-4 modules have been delivered so far from their end.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be Digital or IT project management since he has been working in this area for about 10 years now. He is good as well with program management and portfolio management, has been focused mostly on digital deliverable type of projects and is currently studying about machine learning and data science; he is tasked by their current operation and maintenance team to develop a failure prediction model based on the data they have provided so he can safely say he’s also into data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, and predictive modelling as well.
