1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with XXXX for about 20 years ago in Mexico where he was a part of the CS Account Management and Sales Consulting for XXXX HR Solutions. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Global Senior Manager where he started doing PeopleSoft then moved to cloud systems including SAP with SuccessFactors, Oracle with Fusion & Taleo, and also Workday. Just recently, he finished with a client called XXXX as a Business Architecture Manager where he helped with quick implementation of WorkDay HCM including Prism Analytics Data hub and such. In general, he is a very experienced person doing HRIS as an engineer focused on the tech side, doing reports, SQL building pages, and also on the HR side including payroll, recruiting, and all HR processes; he is currently doing more on the system configuration side, implementation of the system, and also can help in the architecture and design of the whole system data flow. He also has a customer success experience especially during his time with Oracle where he was involved in renewal of contracts, speak fluent HR language but also speak the technical language which allows him to be the bridge of both.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be HR systems including its process, policy, and the system generally. He is good in making specific processes for different policies and implement them to the system making them human-centric and user-friendly. He’s also good with moving systems to systems; great with strategic thinking, technical and functional side, soft skills such as presenting himself to the public, explain delays and issues to clients and stakeholders, and also project management.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has many years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Business Architecture Manager, doing project management and customer success function as well especially during his time with XXXX. Also has SaaS experience for the last 10-15 years, mostly doing HRIS, also involved with PaaS, and Hybrid Integrations. During his time with XXXX, he worked with CLP for an Oracle Fusion implementation project so he has very good friends and connections within the company. Can also understand Cantonese and worked with a full Hong Konger team in his recent engagement, but will be keen to learn in speaking Cantonese on a business level.
