1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is working with XXXX right now as an Account Manager, and has been with them since 2019. His main task in this position is to work closely with clients mainly from the financial centers; on a daily basis, he follow up all the jobs such as direct mailing or any printing jobs (billboards, wall stickers, etc.), do budget forecasting with their senior management, and do some sourcing as well. Aside from his portfolio of financial institution clients, he also handles other vertical such as a sporting brand; most of these clients are based out of Hong Kong. Another one of his clients would be XXXX, it’s a regional account where he helped set up their seminar office, PA system, and such in their office. Right now, they have about 40 team members and about 20 employees in their Hong Kong office; he reports directly to their Team Manager also based in Hong Kong.
Before this, he was with XXXX as an Account Executive/Account Manager where he worked closely with designers on some designs and installations of those designs in shopping malls and so on. During this time, his portfolio was made up of Hong Kong clients as well from shopping malls, financial industry, and more.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be within the account management, customer satisfaction, and is also good with some project management skillsets. He is proficient with any customer-facing tasks including communicating with clients, supporting them in their needs, and provide end-to-end service to them. Last year, they have achieved about 85-90% of their target profit and he contributed to that a lot.
